Refunds Policy
2.2 When returning a product to us, it must be in the same condition as when you received it:
2.2.1 We are not obligated to refund the product if your dog or cat refuses to eat the food.
2.2.2 If you claim the goods are defective, we will examine the returned goods and notify you of your refund status by post, telephone, or email within a reasonable period. We will process the refund as soon as possible and within 30 days of confirming your entitlement to a refund for the defective goods.
2.3 Please return the goods within 14 days of cancelling the contract. This does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are faulty or not as described.
2.4 For returns of non-defective goods as outlined in 2.2.1, we may reduce the refund amount if you have used the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, similar to handling them in a shop. This is in accordance with your statutory rights.
2.6 Unless otherwise agreed, we usually refund any received payments using the same method you used for the original purchase.
Risk and Title
2.1 The goods will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
2.2 Ownership of the products will pass to you only when we receive full payment of all sums due, including delivery charges.
